rendal10's good qualification for me is that he is frequently online. Good thing is that of all the raid he got from our members no resources were taken. First time experience is not much of a factor although it always nice to have veterans. Rendal10 can be a good addition to Stronghold3. Leaders, what do you think of this? Let's decide quickly if we'll let him into the team
